Co-founders, friends, and two women who felt a deep need for something that didn’t exist yet: a space where self-care could be social, beauty could be holistic, and wellness could feel personal, not performative.
Our journey started in the salon—Leigha as a hairstylist, Alex as the client. Over years of conversations in the chair, we built a friendship rooted in curiosity, creativity, and a shared desire for deeper connection. Eventually, those conversations turned into ideas… and those ideas turned into Ritual.
We realized we weren’t alone in craving something more.

We come from different worlds—beauty, corporate, creative, and community-building—and that’s part of the magic. Together, we know how to make things feel beautiful. But more importantly, we know how to make them feel meaningful.
Since launching Ritual, we’ve partnered with some of Atlanta’s most beloved wellness studios and lifestyle brands—including BODYROK, CULTAesthetics, E+ROSE, RestFuel, Elo, Faced Facial Studio, The NOW Massage, and many more. We’ve hosted dozens of sold-out events and built a growing community of individuals who return not just for the experience—but for the connection it brings.
