This May, Ritual and Heal ATL are gathering in the courtyard for a morning devoted to one simple practice: letting yourself be held.
Held Within is a trauma-informed wellness experience designed to support mental health through embodied practices that regulate the nervous system and foster self-awareness, self-compassion, and rest. Created in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, this offering reframes mental health as a lived, embodied experience — not something to fix, but something to care for.
Over 75 minutes, you'll be guided through gentle psychoeducation, reflective journaling, seasonal breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, and sound healing — woven together to support emotional regulation and mental clarity in an accessible, supportive environment. Around the practice, you'll be invited into a curated experience of partner activations, nourishment, and small rituals of care.
